FoFE Call for High School Community Impact Award

Friends of French Eugene are pleased to announce the opening of applications for the 2026 High School Community Impact Award. This award recognizes high school juniors and seniors who have made exceptional contributions to the local French Immersion community. This recognition celebrates individuals whose volunteerism, civic leadership, and public service extend far beyond their educational responsibilities to create meaningful community impact. An award of up to $500 will be given to top two recipients and a Recognition Certificate to up to five Juniors in recognition of their contributions.

The deadline for consideration is April 10, 2026, and recipients will be notified of their awards on May 8, 2026.

Who can apply: Junior and Seniors in High School in Eugene/Springfield 

Deadline: April 10, 2026  

What to submit: 

  • Online application form (Use Google account)
  • Optional: Applicants can have up to two optional letters of recommendation (each with max 300 words) turned in on their behalf for additional consideration at friends.of.frenchies.eugene@gmail.com. This is optional and not necessary to be considered for this award.
